In the last 25 years of my experience in the field of HR, I have had the opportunity of working in Leadership roles with high energy, fast paced diverse organizations specialized in Pharmaceuticals, IT, Health Insurance and Telecom. My kaleidoscope of experience as Head of Learning & Development, OD & Talent management, HR Strategy & Culture, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations and HR Shared Services would add great value in my work with you.
